Warranty and Service
ThinkOptics will endeavor to solve any problem you might have with the iWavit. We offer a one year limited warranty on all products sold. We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, or acts of nature. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. ThinkOptics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.

Product Returns
Before contacting Support, check the Manual and this forum. If your problem is still not resolved, you can email Support at any time at support@thinkoptics.com. If at that point you still require a replacement, our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement. All returns must be shipped to ThinkOptics prepaid. ThinkOptics will at its discretion repair or replace the unit. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support.

Refunds
If you purchased a product directly from the ThinkOptics website, we offer a 30 day refund policy. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased. We do not refund shipping costs.
